Working with CONTRACTS (overview)

BruceBEM streamlines contract management by integrating service agreements, vendor contracts, and asset-related commitments within its system. It enables users to track contract terms, renewal dates, SLAs, and compliance requirements, ensuring transparency and accountability. Detailed contract records facilitate better vendor negotiations and cost control. By linking contracts with assets and maintenance schedules, BruceBEM enhances operational efficiency and ensures seamless Facilities Management.

Objects that depend on Contracts

Asset Rental Price: This relationship permits to link one contract with a specific Asset Rental and special Condition (Price).

Asset Service Contract – Member Role: this relation, enables to link one Contract to a specific Service Contract, linked to an specific Asset, and at the same time to an specific Member Role.

Attachments Contracts: repository of files (many) connected with one contract.

Contract Tied To: To enable the Many-To-Many relationship of the contract with any other Elements of BRUCE.

Cost Chargeback Distribution: It permits to connect a Distribution Method/Formula of the Costs to a Contract.

FM Costs Pattern for SC (Service Catalogue): Permits to aggregate one Contract (as template) part of the Service Catalogue Pattern in the Costs aspect.

FM Works On Demand Pattern for SC (Service Catalogue): Permits to aggregate one Contract (as template) part of the Service Catalogue Pattern in the Works On Demand aspect.

Invoices Contracts: To link one invoice with one Contract.

Meters: To link a Contract with a Meter.

Notifications: Tracking repository of Notifications linked to an specific Contract.

Parties in Contract: Permits to define Many Members as part of the Contract, that usually it accepts only Two parts.

Payments: To link one Payment with a Contract (it should heritage from the Invoice origin of the payment).

SHERQ Issues: for tracking safety, health, risks and quality issues, related to the Contract.

SLAS: To connect the Contract with specific Service Level Agreements, that normaly are linked also to a Service Contract, or specific Work (On Demand or Planned).

Value Contracts: Tracks the evolution of the value of the Contract in time.
